Packed with protein tofu has long been part of vegetarian and vegan diets. Amazingly versatile, it can be eaten just as it is, dressed with soy, dashi, tosazu or baked, fried, deep fried or grilled.

All kits are supplied with minimum three-month shelf life, dated from 25th December.
